Ever the idealist, Britt has remained captivated by the enduring magic of fairytales and fantasy since childhood. Drawing inspiration from how those stories capture the delicate balance between light and dark, she explores intimate themes with a soft hand. Utilizing a versatile artistic practice - employing both digital tools and traditional techniques like screen printing and embroidery, she is able to explore the textural qualities and storytelling potential within each medium.

Britt studied illustration at Pacific Northwest College of Art, though she now resides in Los Angeles, CA, where she enjoys spending time near the ocean (imagining just what might hide beneath the waves).
